| PCT has formed partnerships with several excellent labs and plants in China. For large scale projects, we partner with BMD Chemical of Shenyang, China. We work together with the chemists and process engineers to develop new product to our customers specifications. BMD Chemical is a privately owned enterprise with long experience in scaling up and manufacturing chemicals from kgs to metric tons. |
| Here are some typical reactors. The plant is clean and well maintained and exports products throughout the world. Products include fine chemicals, polymers, optical brighteners, and a wide variety of other chemicals.
BMD is completed a major expansion project that added 15 3000 L reactors in 2005. There is also available land around the site to do further expansions if needed for very large projects. |
BMD Chemical is currently producting an intermediate for PCT, using technology developed by PCT. They have delivered 10s of metric tons in 2006.
We have several other projects under joint development. We are on site frequently to participate in process development and manufacturing.
